The first time I took this PS3 apart and put it back together, it took me all day, and I forgot to put in 3 screws.  The second time I took it apart and put it back together (This Video), it took me 2 hours.  The third time, I took it apart, put thermal grease in, and put it back together, it took me under an hour, but the card reader door was interfering with the Blu-ray drive power cable, so I had to take it apart again, adding 20 minutes.Video Information
